Crafted by the Martelli family in their historic pasta workshop inside the Castello di Lari in the heart of the Pisa hills, Martelli Spaghetti are the result of centuries-old artisanal tradition. Made by slowly kneading the finest durum wheat semolina with cold water, the pasta is bronze-drawn to achieve a rough texture and then slowly dried at low temperatures (33–36°C) for around 50 hours, depending on atmospheric conditions.
Ideal for classic Italian sauces, from rich ragùs to simple chilli, extra virgin olive oil and garlic, the natural porosity of the pasta ensures every strand captures the sauce beautifully. A true artisan pasta for those who appreciate quality and tradition in every meal.
