Gabriel and his team always take extra care in choosing only the finest Italian ingredients to top the tables of your private events. For over 15 years, we’ve been working hand-in-hand with the finest suppliers and winemaker to source the best Italian produce from across Italy. We source our Parmigiano Reggiano DOP straight from Caseificio Munnari in the heart of the Pianura Padana... Our juicy puglian burratas? A specialty from our trusted amici at La Latteria in London.

Another spectacular wine-tasting event at Baruccio. This time we focus on the mighty wines from Piemonte.
Gabriele, who also runs a Piedmont Specialist importation business called Ultravino, will share with you some of the finest (and rarest) wines made in Piedmont in the last decade.
