Northern Pasta Co. Rigatoni British Spelt Pasta

We craft all Northern Pasta at small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, with signature blend of regeneratively grown British Spelt. We use Bronze Dies to give pasta it’s incredible texture and dry it slowly at low temperatures to enhance the delicious nutty flavand take care of the high-quality ingredients we use.
