Agliano Terme Fadò Fadò Red Wine

Vini Ragerra Angliano Terme is a rare and intensely coloured red wine, the result of meticulous handcrafting by winemakers Keith O’Gorman and his wife Laura. From a vineyard of just under four acres, only 500 bottles are produced each year, a rare expression of Italian organic winemaking, showcasing the vibrant intensity, complexity, and natural integrity of a vineyard tended with dedication and ecological harmony.

This Vino Rosso reveals layers of floral and herbal character drawn from a field blend of grape varieties, such as Nerello Mascalese, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Grignolino, with a ‘crunchy’, dense fruit texture enhanced by whole-cluster fermentation. The wine is then aged in old barriques, allowing its structure and natural depth to shine, while future vintages may see experimentation with alternative vessels.

The vineyard is a living ecosystem, managed entirely by hand without heavy machinery. Cover crops, herbs, and wildflowers flourish between the rows, creating a biologically diverse, regenerative balance in which the vines thrive. The couple follows 100% organic principles, using only copper and sulphur treatments, prioritizing the health of the soil and the richness of life in the vineyard over certification bureaucracy.

Angliano Terme pairs beautifully with rustic Italian cuisine, roasted vegetables, grilled meats, or simply enjoyed on its own to savour its layered aromas and refined structure.
